Where is the hotel located?

Located just 5 minutes from the terminal by regular shuttle bus. With direct links to the M11 and A120

What time is check-in and check out? 

Check-in is from 2.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am

What time is the restaurant open?

From 6.00pm to 10.00pm  

Where is the nearest petrol station or supermarket?

BP Garage opposite the hotel/M&S Supermarket enclosed.

Do you cater for vegans or gluten-free?

We do cater for most dietary requirements including vegan and gluten-free.

Is there a car park?

Yes. Overnight parking with accomodation for one night is charged at £14. Conference parking and day guest parking is charged at £10 per day. All vehicles must be registered at reception upon check-in.

Is there a cash machine on site?

Yes, This is chargeable at £1.85.

Can I check-in late at night or very early in the morning?

Yes, please make the hotel aware of this prior to arrival.
